WHAT FORMAT OF OVERCOME OVERWHELM ?

This program is a self-paced program with support. Each week you will be responsible for finding the time to do the modules, I will check in to see if you have questions or need support weekly via WhatsApp text message.

 

WHAT IF I MISS A WEEK?

I've created this program with 2 extra weeks of support so there is time once you've done the last module to continue asking questions and getting support, but I've also done this because I know life can get busy. You have access to the content forever as it's emailed directly to you so you can truly go through it at your own pace but I recommend trying to get through all 10 lessons in 12 weeks.

 

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM BEGIN?

Overcome Overwhelm is an evergreen program which means you can enroll anytime. You will begin getting the weekly emails when you sign up and I will be in touch via WhatsApp once I've received your completed intake form. All that to say, you can start whenever you'd like!

For far too long, I wore “busy” as a badge of honour. I thought being busy meant I had purpose, I thought living in a state of high-stress, anxiety and overwhelm was normal and just “part of life”.
